Get to know the photographer

I live on the beautiful South Coast with my husband Kurt, though I’m always happy to travel wherever your story takes me!

Growing up on the Tuross River, just 25kms west of the stunning Narooma, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and the peaceful, rural lifestyle. From a young age, photography captured my heart. What started as a hobby—capturing breathtaking landscapes during my travels and portraits of loved ones—evolved into a lifelong passion.

From 2007 to 2014, I partnered as a wedding videographer, where I also dabbled in photography for our DVD covers. During this time, I discovered that photography was my true calling, and so Sunbird Photography was born. There’s nothing more fulfilling than capturing love, joy, and celebration, and that absolutely includes the LGBTQI+ community.

My style is timeless and elegant, while my vibe is relaxed and fun. I focus on capturing genuine moments, but I’m also confident in offering subtle guidance to transform great shots into works of art.

I know being in front of the camera can feel intimidating, but I have plenty of tricks to make the experience stress-free, relaxed, and fun.
